Born and raised in Los Angeles, Ariel is a dance artist who holds a BFA from UC Irvine and an AA from Santa Monica College. Her movement journey began with Wushu (Chinese martial arts) at age five, then blossomed through Jazz and Bollywood training as a preteen. She went on to study Ballet, Modern, and Contemporary, with additional training in Sundanese, Javanese, Hula, Tahitian, and West African dance. Ariel specializes in Countertechnique and became a certified teacher of the technique in 2024. She's performed professionally with choreographers including Jay Carlon, Charlotte Griffin, and Sri Susilowati, and has been dancing with Kybele Dance Theater since 2023.
